- Was seeing a pain management Dr. He did epidural, Trigger point injection, Nothing seemed to work so Dr. wanted to do RFA =which is surgery killing the nerve that is causing the pain = My PCP wanted me to do Out patient (deep Tissue) before doing the surgery. Deep tissue therapy hurts really bad after doing it for a day to 3 days only go Tue and Thur
