About onemillionsighs

I'm 25 and have been dealing with anxiety for 7 years now. I've come a long way, but I still have my days. Times of transition have never been easy for me, and that's when my anxiety seems to show itself the most. I also have a phobia of hospitals and doctors, which stems from childhood experiences; using EMDR for that and so far it seems to be working. I graduated in May 2008 with my Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies and also hold a Masters Degree in Pastoral Studies.

An introvert at heart; love my pet birds--don't know what I would do without them. I'm anxious in public speaking situations, but trying to work on that as I will need those skills for my job.  Friends and family are also very important to me, and I would do anything for them.
