- Use aseptic technique to prevent contamination of vials expecially if they are month long multi dose vials. If you have chemical sensitivities, get your injectable vitamins professionally compounded without preservatives which can cause allergy. Abrams Royal Pharmacy in Dallas works with out of state patients like me a reasonable cost. Rotate injection sites. Most people are deficient in B 12. It protects the nervous system and is one of my most important treatments.
