This all started 6.5 years ago while walking, I noticed my left foot dragging. Fast forward to today. I use a walker around the house until later in the afternoon, if it is too hard to move my legs I use my power chair.. If I go out to eat or see a movie etc. I am using my transport wheelchair. I was misdiagnosed with MS for a while. After my last nerve test in June 2012 I was told I have a neuromuscular disease but as of this date I am not sure which type. They are certain it is not ALS because of how long I have been dealing with this. In Jan 2013 I am going to the NIH Undiagnosed Disease Program in Bethesda, Maryland. (Finally accepted after years of trying) Hopefully they willl be able to pinpoint exactly what disease I have.
