I am a highly motivated individual with life struggles, I work in the public and everyday I have to work with a variety of different personalities eveyday. I have trouble concentrating and dealing with life in general. I can't deal with life these days. I have Bipolar and depressions as well as addictions that I deal with on a daily basis. I need to find support to help with lifes ups and downs. I live with my daughter and 2 grandchildren and this can sometimes be very stressful. I also deal with other health issues that I am adressing.

I am dealing with many things in my life right now, some I can control and others I cannot.  which is hard for me to feel out of control over myself and surroundings.  I would like any help from others who deal with mood disorders to help me to deal with everyday life thru their own experiences.

I have 3 children, grown but I'm still mom and 2 lovely grandchildren.  But I need to find the real me again, I'm lost...really overwhelmed, sleep deprived dealing with physical pain, financial burdens and just past addictions and present loniliness.
