    yep been a while since i updated this, I have been busy finally I have a house to live in a bonus when i had to stay with my mum and dad for a fair while. I also spent 3 weeks in a treatment inpatient program for my pain and had medications adjusted, also mentaklly and emotionally supported and given the tools to better deal with my pain and my fibromyalgia symptoms they are not better though I wish I had that result i just have the tools to manage and cope a bit better all i can hope is that I will be able to keep up with the lifestyle change and feel better in the future. i have realised my pain will not be cured but I can hope to manage it a bit bettter in the future all in all a busy time for me .
