About Kpain

I am usually the caretaker in my family, since having Fibro, it has been a lot harder to do that. I enjoy walking, but until I get my pain under control, I don't walk as much as I should. I do feel better when I am physically active, but it seems like I always hurt worse afterwards! The only time I do exercise is when I know I have enough pain medicine for the next two days. I always need sleep! I enjoy playing with my nephews and nieces too! I love children, I have 1 son and a 12 year old grandson who I am crazy about! I help take care of my sister who has primary progressive MS.

More About Kpain

I was the primary caregiver of my sister who had MS.  She passed away 3 1/2 months ago.  Since her death, needless to say my depression has become more severe.  Pain is with me always now.  I am so tired.
