About Rikka

I'm a lifetime sufferer from depression, OCD, PTSD and general anxiety. I've got two beautiful children. They are 7 and 9 years old, and incredibly accepting of my every mood change. Such sweethearts! My kids were probably the one main reason in the past 9 years that I haven't done anything incredibly stupid. Since September of this year, I've been in my new apartment with my roommate, who is very supportive. Still working on my divorce, and the claim for my bicycle accident has been settled. More About Rikka

The most important thing in my life, other than living and trying to improve every day, is to build a future for my children. Though I've really screwed up things on my end, they have been my focus for getting up every morning. There is always a silver lining to things! Moving frequently is stressful, but has allowed me to see many things that I wouldn't have witnessed otherwise, and it's given me some street smarts; something I didn't have at all when I was a teenager. Hopefully my example will teach my kids also.
