Advice & Tips: At my most recent neurologist visit, she told me I had dyskinesias. My wife has also noticed them. I'm not sure how long I"ve had them, probably a few months. At my previous visit, three months ago (when I saw the Nurse Practitioner, not the neurologist), the Nurse did not mention them. They are quite mild - at least mild enough that I don't notice. My neurologist has suggested I take more Amantadine to see if this reduces them.

Advice & Tips: Had no effect whatsoever until I was on it for a month. Improved eating, dressing, showering when on four pills daily. No improvement in writing or typing until six pills daily - then they became essentially normal (when I'm on). No noticeable on/off periods until went to two pills at a time, three times daily. No improvement in walking until six pills daily - then could walk a mile or so in the morning before going off most of the day. When went to two pills at a time, three times daily, could walk two miles or more in the morning before going off until next pills.
