WE HAVE HAD SOME REALLY NICE WEATHER DAYS AND I HAVE BEEN OUTDOORS WORKING IN THE YARD. WHEN I AM AWAY FROM THE REFRIGERATOR IT HELPS TO CUT DOWN ON THE FOOD INTAKE. I HAVE TRIED TO HAVE AT LEAST A LITTLE SOMETHING IN THE MORNINGS TO GET MY METABOLISM WORKING. I LIKE A BANANNA THE BEST.

Advice & Tips

I am not taking the disc melt but I could not get the tablet to come up. I have used up to 15mg daily and still didn't feel any different. I just decided on May 1, 2013 to stop taking the Abilify to see if that is one of the medications that is making me so tired all of the time.
