- I have to take 6 Lyrica tablets a day for my fibromyalgia..it really help but I am wary of its side-effects..it does wonder for the achy pain but I still need to have pain pills to control my nerve pains...(shooting pains). So you can say that I have multiple pains..Achy feelings and Shooting pain feelings are 2 different things.
