Advice & Tips
My GI MD would like me to take bisacodyl daily with no end in sight. Because it is a stimulant laxative, I have chosen to take it as needed. On occasion, I can have a positive outcome with no bisacodyl suppositories or pills. When I feel I am having a backup, taking 2 bisacodly pills the night before often makes me feel better..........but it doesn't last more than a few days.
Cost: < $25 monthly
