I am a 69 year old male that never did any sports in school. At age 40 my wife and I decided to get into shape. I weighed 225 and lost 75, but gained some back as I got into shape. We started running, biking, and swimming and started doing small triathlons. At age 60 I did my first Ironman race and have completed 3. Three years ago I had a bicycle wreck w/many broken ribs, broken helmet, and concussion. I have never been able to get back in shape and was dx w/ALS three weeks ago. It sucks!
