Hi everyone thanks for the welcome! I am 48 years old divorced mom of two adults kids who mean the world to me. Im in secondary progression with a slow progression I hope. Some days great some not but ignore the bad. My symptoms now seem to be severe fatigue, tremors all over,bladder stuff, and other things. I am able ambulate till I get tired and then just drop. My body is funny it HATES stairs & bikes but loves to exercise. I do palates mat and reformer yoga,and was just certified as a ZUMBA instructor. Its my favorite thing to do and has given me a new outlook on life. Live and enjoy now!!!
