Advice & Tips
I have continued taking Vitamin D3 my dosage varies from 10,000 to 15,000 I U depending on my activity that day. It seems to give me a boost. Having bottles all over the house reminds me to take my dose. Unexpected benefit was more restful sleep. I have my levels checked every 6 months and they are usually between 97 and 74. It is inexpensive and has helped me with my energy level.

About Vitamin D (Supplement)

Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin that was isolated in 1930 and named calciferol. Since then more metabolites have been found and the two major forms of this vitamin are now known to be vitamin D2 (ergocalciferol) and vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).
