looks like a good garden day. Eric came round yesterday and planted some spare veg but I will investigate further

Hot, dehydrated, sore bottom and very very tired

Wheelchair Services wore me out but both p.a.s were on fine form even though one was in the throes of a lingering tonsillitis

Dehydrated despite overnight flush of water. It looks like a hot day

hydrotherapy very much appreciated as ever. Slow cooked casserole that couldn't be beat. Stomas both calmed down

Catheter change was exceedingly painful and bloody, despite stoking up [sic] on pain killing drugs. Feeling battered, bruised and not a little sorry for myself

Should be worn out but I'm not. Can't sleep and have the taste of hummus and black olives taunting me

Big thanks to my brother, sister-in-law and 2 young nieces (5 and 2) who ran 4 miles for MND Scotland, this weekend.
Also to my sister, who ran the Manchester 10k today because I can't. Went to see her run then for a meal. Poor daughter stayed home revising for biology gcse tomorrow

Still tired. Still glowing from last night

saw Fairport Convention with the amazing Chris Leslie tonight. I really enjoyed it but shed few tears when I couldn't join in. If there was ever a musician, whose style I tried to emulate, it was he.

Well needed rest. Feel much better though still have a sore bottom RIG and catheter. Bladder spasms still a problem

RIG is much improved and I feel good for my few hours sleep.

Shattered after full day at clinic Dehydrated with soaking wet pad and sore bottom

RIG site very sore indeed. All red and swollen. Stomach ache with feed pump even at only 80ml/hr
