I am the single mum of a fantastic 15 yr old I worked for 3yrs after dx but am now medically retired I use a bipap, powerchair, hoist, catheter and eye gaze I have help at home. I have been a competant and entheusiastic musician but can no longer play; I still enjoy listening and writing a little I worry about coping with the condition in its more advanced stages but have discovered an erstwhile untapped inner-strength and a few good friends
