I developed Fibromyalgia in 1985. and have tried to make the best of my condition ever since. I guess my main approach is to coexist with it and, as much as I can, ignore its heavy hand. So I try to be opportunistic and if there's an opening with the old bod, I try to exploit the window and do what I can. That means that I always try to have various projects running I can drop and return to later. Part of the regime I use is explored in my 'exercise blog ' -- http://kickbike.blogspot.com. I do boxing and strength training as regularly as I can and that's been the best therapy I've found.
