Iv'e been around Hiv positive people since I came out of the closet in 1980. I was an AIDS buddy caregiver for people sick with AIDS and dying for 2 years at Ventura AIDS Care in Ventura California. My former husband of 13 years now deceased was also Hiv positive however did not die of AIDS and was one of the rare cases that Utah university wanted to do research on because he never became sick from it. I am presently single.

I also love God and Jesus and me and my fiance' go to a gay friendly church in Sedro Woolley and Mount Vernon Washington, and I do have much hope that someday this stupid ugly virus that has killed so many of my friends and family will have a cure someday.Laughing

I am Hiv negative myself and have many good friends and family members that are Hiv positive so it never has bothered me in the slightest. I just have a big problem with death, I wish someday there wasn't any death, and I do beleive that Christ will abolish death for goodInnocent.
