About Epzicom (Prescription Drug)

Epzicom is a brand name for the combination of two antiretroviral drugs: abacavir and lamivudine. Both of these medicines are nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors (NRTIs). Epzicom is used for the treatment of HIV infections in combination with other antiretroviral agents.
