A little tired, have had a busy week, graduations. My son graduated from his leadership class at AF College last night, my nephew has pre-K this AM and I have a grad picnic to go to tomorrow. I enjoyed last night, it was good to be out and around people. So off I go this Am, it is only a hour and to see a smile on a 4 year is worth it. Then I am coming home and fall out.

Feel good today, just have to pace myself ,doing some spring cleaning and I know I will have pain in my arms and legs. I did put a patch on my back and that always helps, I take breaks and rest. But I have to get it done. My husband has COPD so he tires easily these days.

Up at 5:30 AM and walked my dog and getting ready to go out in field service, by 8:45 AM. Chest pain has been gone ,still have some fatigue, but doing my fruit and veggie drinks, help. I just keep moving and have a plan each day.

Beautiful day, got up and went out in field service for 2 hours and had a good time. Went by my cousins and visited. Came home and walked my dog and took care of my turtle. Sat and talked to my hubby. Now I am going to sit back and relax with some heat.

A headache in my left eye, that is something I never get. I think my sinuses are acting up, glad I see the Dr., on Monday. May have upper resp infection.
Head ache from band too tight on head. Soon as I removed band, it was gone. Keeping forgetting I can not wear anything on my head it pushes against my nerves on my face ,pain.

Beautiful outside, went to the Dr. and adjusting to new med for cholestrol. Cravings for sweets are getting out of control, need to get up and about and focused on other things. Need to get back to my stretch and tone classes and field service schedule. When you get sick it knocks everything off schedule.

Feeling much better, stopped the presidizone today, 4 days is enough for me. See the dr tomorrow. It knocks out that chest pain inflamation, been having that since age 20. But the fibromyalgia still hangs in there, but my meds I have been taking and low impact exercise helps. Now the fatigue, when it hits, it just time to rest.

Meds are working on my chest pain and I am eating healthy. Getting my rest and doing much better, going to lay low tomorrow ,too. Weather has changed and raining and cold.

Went to niece"s graduation and felt pretty good today, the inflammation and pain was down in my body, especially my chest area. Going to rest and drink plenty of fluids, rain is in the forecast tonight and tomorrow.

Pain in chest is doing much better. Went to meeting last, someone picked me up, I took my heat pad with me and enjoyed my meeting, forgot all about the pain under my warm comforter and heat pad for a few hours. Long as I can focus on something else it helps ,even if it is for a little while. It is rainy here, so you know what that means. But I will focus on going to my nieces college graduation tomorrow and preparing for that.
