About lotus_in_bloom

I have 3 children and am working on reuniting with my estranged husband at this time, live in the mountains of NC with my kids,cat and dog. I'm on disability for the physical and emotional symptoms attatched to this illness but I try to stay active in other ways and I'm taking classes to see what I might like to do if I can get back to working. I'm mostly into natural ways to deal with my illness now such as vitamins, minerals, exercise, meditation/relaxation,focusing on family and friends and I am working on finding my spiritual path. The biggest help to me is lots of positive self-talk
