About clemlord

I work for a local hospital for 19 years, In the Refrigeration Department. I love my job because it something new every day. I married to a wonderful lady and we have a dog name Duke. In the summer of 2008 I was told I have Parkinson's disease and from my High blood pressure & mild sleep disorder my Doctor said if I lose weight my fix my blood pressure & sleep disorder at the same time it would be better for me in handling the parkinson's. So last august I started a weight loss program so far I have lost around 50 lbs. I love fishing, being on water, trains & long country road drive trips.
