Hey All! I am DXed with the MonSter for 7 years in Feb. I live in NYC (Queens) which makes things easier as most things are close, don't need to do Yard Work and the subway takes you anywhere. I was on BetaSeron from 3/2002-2/2008, and I took a "med vacation" as the depression was getting to me. I started on Copaxone last week. To me, the best thing you can do is maintain an up beat attitude, take nothing seriously and just remember, This to Shall Pass.

What else can I tell you? I try and live my life according to Discordian Ideals with a soup-con of Jewish Culture. (For more about that, wikipedia "Discordianism") The best thing I can suggest is humor, patience and good support groups. I am in the midst of a major health change. I am quit smoking over 50 days, I have last 20 pounds since 11/2008, and am shooting for another 50 by December 2009. I have also begun working out at the gym, the first time I have been in a gym since high school. I'll add more when it isn't lunch hour at work, eh?
