I am 47 and have three teenagers. I had a career until suffering from major depression in 2007 which I still suffer from now.I find this very frustrating and difficult to accept and cope with. I think what is particularly difficult is the feeling that everything has gone wrong and I cannot cope any more having been a strong capable person throughout my adult life.
