suffering from epilepsy and depression since i was 15. always tired. major side effects from meds i was diagnosed with fm after a car acc and get support from husband. i have always felt guilty and already feel better knowing that i'm not alone. i just can't figure out why i can't get out of bed. i am always exhausted. sun i started exercising to dancing and could harldy get through the stretching. i can hardly lift my arms up today. i am aching all over. hot tubs . heat. drinking h20 and cutting down. am memb of TOPS. have lots of pets for support. mem issues. terr emo stress-deaths etc
