I was diagnosed in 1984 with Panic Disorder w/Anxiety. I realized that I had suffered anxiety and some panic all my life, but the panic was no where near as severe as it became in 1984. I was hospitalized in 1994 after a horrible episode of panic. In 2002 my life fell apart and I fell into a major depression. I am in good shape now with the panic, the social anxiety is still bad but the primary feature is major depression, made worse by the loss of my son to suicide.
