I am in Recovery for about 1 year now. I am currently clean and sober off of drugs and alcohol. I also am seeking help with joint issues, by my doctors. I also have been diagnosed with BiPolar disorder, and Depression. I have always suffered, from depression, all of my life. I also have a problem with anger management issues.

I am feeling a little worried, because I didn't move yet? I want to hurry up and move already. So I can start my mental health treatment.
