About marathon
I was born 7.9. 1949 in Liperi in the eastern Finland. I studied chemistry in Turku university 1971-1980. Now I live in Pori. I was chemistry teacher for laborants over twenty years untill last november. Now I am retired from work. I have run over 60 marathons 1973-2003. My best marathon was second place in New York 1981. Alberto Salazar won. I have wife and three sons.
