    sore from yesterday epidural but able to tolerate things. eating off a bit,sign for am meds helpful. camera trouble for etsy. liz 4stars!

    tkhas broken bird tib/fib-casted, neck cone. exhausted. food ok, meds+5

    back, bum, leg, ankle pain-2 doses of ultram. no appetite-poor food, fluid, lots of pills in am to take-ugh

    depressed. in pain. no am meds. spinal traction -reacted afterwards.
    denied ssi-i don't know what i can live on. rent checks are not enough.

    ?med piece straightened out, but took 11/2 klonopin@hs- up 3 hours later. PT-good, shopping after-hurt.meds, fluids,food good, sleep choppy.

    better sleep last-not anxious. a little confused/dreaming/real? fixed wrong meds/tray. frustration w/rug/comcast. 2 hours on cages. back hur

    anxious++ sleep-up 2:30a (?), a whole klonopin but still awake and anxious. weepy. overwelmed. hurt self with all the weeding. 4-about 4.
