Hi, have travelled the world through work, settled in NZ (my fathers birth place) feeling fit as always, then started to get numb feet, then sensation changes, hot felt cold, cold felt hot, then tingling sensations - hey i have always been fit and healthy, now diagnosed with Myotonia and MS - could not be more of a shock..... . Relpsing remitting, getting worse. Just been on high dose prednisone but that did nothing. Trying diet changes as per George Jelinik.
