- Pre-med with the Tylenol,Advil,Aleve,starting 8 -12 hrs prior,then continue to follow as needed . Don't be a hero thingss really do bother me too,so I take something to fix it or at least try. That's the previous faculty who use to teach dental student coming out in me ,sorry 'bout that!
