Advice & Tips: I usually split the dosage in two (morning & night), which extends my bladder calmness through the full day; but presently I take the full dosage in the morning, to counter-balance the 80 mg water pill (for edema). This forces the body to unload the bulk of it's water holding, each morning (roughly, every five to ten minutes for five hours) This way my evenings are more free for errands and shopping.

Advice & Tips: My daily dosage of 10mg has eliminated both daytime frequency and urgency concerns so well that next month I will increase the dose to 20mg. This way I hope to extend the benefits to all day relief. And be able to stop taking Imipramine, which I've been using to attain a fuller night's sleep, as it decreased the number of night time bathroom trips I need.
