I was always a very active person. High energy and happy. Now I simply struggle to get through each day. My quality of life is horrible. Mostly because I need to be active (thats the kinda person I was) and now I can barely function through each day. Wishin' for a long walk!

About Back pain

Back pain can range from a dull, constant ache to a sudden, sharp pain that makes it hard to move. It can start quickly if you fall or lift something too heavy, or it can get worse slowly. Acute back pain may last a few days to a few weeks whereas chronic back pain may persist for 3 months or more.
