This medication did not work for me. It has caused 24/7 tinnitus and diarrhea. I have to find another SSRI that will be effective.

I have 24/7 ringing in my left ear that seems to be associated with Zoloft. I had diarrhea at the 100 mg dose but that is ceasing. I still have much ringing. I think some of my neuropathic pain is being taken care of by Zoloft.
