About gkygrl

I am a retired woman with a RRMS, Fibromyalgia, Endometriosis, Keratoconus and Hashimoto's Thyroiditis. I worked with GE Global Research in IT. I'm a classic computer geek. I love music, doing adaptive sports (Air Rifle) with my Team Albany Adaptive Sports team (Disabled Veterans) and playing on my computer. I have recently done something I always wanted to do - go through EMT school and become a volunteer EMT. I work short little shifts around my health. It's great to help others out.

I'm a doer, a go-getter and Type A to a fault. I loved my career in IT and enjoyed climbing the corporate ladder. I thrived on the stress. I love learning.

I'm a volunteer EMT who works around my health issues. It's been a real lifesaver for me and I love it. I also enjoy Ham Radio and got my Extra license a couple years ago. Hitting my bucket list and enjoying every minute.

I live my life with my wife Cecilia who is the love of my life and supports me in everything I do and choose to do. I couldn't ask for anything more.
