Just a short note to get started, I have been dealing with or should i say I have been trying to deal with my fibro for it seems like a life time but probably seriously for 10 yrs. I have many other conditions that could or could not be connected with my firbo such as CFS, DDD, Depression, Anxiety, Obeseity, and i never could spell very well so you might have to sound out some of the words i use. If you have a question ask it I am an open book.

i live in a small 2 room apartment, it is in a HUD subsidized complex. i am very fortunate to have this apartment. it is clean, secure, nicely located community. it is all adults about 75 people mostly elderly or disabled people. i live within a quick walking distance of a small strip mall with a family dollar, block buster, sir billards, sub way, china food, vacumn store, arrons home rentals, pizza shop and an adult daycare facility that is always there to give ya a wake up call if you try to pitty yourself to much.

two things i learned in life is " there is always someone badder then your baddist " and "theres always someone that has it worse than you do " at least i have my mind(?)
