It's been a long time since I've fully participated in tracking my moods, which makes sense considering avoidance is a major aspect of my mood disorder. The short story is, although I had some immediate success after I began treatment at the end of 2008, things have not gone as well as hoped. I am just now re-starting some aspects of treatment, so we'll see. It constantly feels like I am always 'starting over', starting at zero, and I get so depressed because, really, the mood disorder has stolen much of my past, and I am unsure if I can stop it from stealing my future.
