Wow, I didn't expect this. I have always been so very fortunate where my health was concerned. I blamed my 'shaking' hand on anything other than pd. While walking with my daughter she asked why my right foot was dragging - I had not really paid any attention. I decided then something must be done. I am still the "Queen of Denial" but I did buy a recumbent bike and am starting to exercise. I would walk in the mall but I would need blinders to keep my eyes straight ahead.
