i have been diagnosed since 1985 but i think i have always lived bi-polar. and it is a struggle from day to day as most know what it is like sometimes i do not know whether i am in a state of deppression or mania i do cycle a lot.ialso am starting to get fatigued when i am deppressed my mind slows down and actually the whole world slows down but when i call upon the lord jesus christ he bings me back into perspective he is the greatest help for me
