Advice & Tips: I definitely think the B-12 injection is worth the effort. The county nurse came to the house once a month for a year or so, but that didn't seem to be enough. The family practice doctor recommended every other week and that seemed to give me the energy I needed. I am able to keep going during the day; before this I spent most of the day resting and sleeping. Just worn out. I am a lot better now.

Advice & Tips: I was really pleased to have more energy in the latter part of the day. (I receeived the shot at 2 p.m.) kept me alert and thinking properly through the supper hour.
