It was a terrible year last year with my MS. I am so happy to announce, I am getting ready for 3rd infusion. I already feel better. I am getting stronger, and I have a new zest for life. I started walking yesterday. I walked 1 mile. Today I walked 1 1/2 miles. I am on 2000 mg of Vitamin D (which is helping in many ways). My neuro also suggested I get in the sun, whether it be a tanning bed or natural sun. This also supplies Vitamin D. I almost fell out of the chair when he told me this. Most MD's don't like the sun. So far, Tysabri is treating well. I miss you all. XOXO Tricia
