More About onesupportedbymany
Other issues I have on a ongoing basis, Muscle Spasticity that feels like a bolt of lighting shooting down my legs which is extremely painful. It also occurs in my arms and there is no warning when it hits and sends my arm or leg into a uncontrolled muscle jolt.
When I am in the heat or have high anxiety/stress my speech becomes slurred and I appear to be impared usually taking nap and doing some breathing contol it will pass but it is not something I can prepare for. Involuntary leg movements are not only annoying they make for restless nights and I can kick my partner with no warning.
Neuropathy is one of the most painful conditions. Some days it is like taking a hot frying pan and putting on your face. My hands and Feet have constant burning and pins are being poked into your hands and feet there is never any total relief of this condition
It is hard to explain but when I have a jolt like a lighting strike when I am trying to fall asleep I can only explain it like it is like a car crash a bright light and then a electrical jolt goes through my legs and arms and is very painful. 9/09
