My Son has ALS. he was diagnosed three years ago, lately his condition has changed dramatically. He and his wife live very far from me and up to now I just visited from time to time to see him and to give my daughter-in-law a break from being the sole caretaker. Being the sole caretaker has taken such a toll on my daughter in law that she needs me to take over. My son will be moving back to the northeast to live with me and my companion. I look forward to have him with us and being able to be with him all the time. Hopefully I can improve the quality of his life.
