I am a very greatfull HIV+male. I can say that HIV has changed to way I look at life and surely the way I live life. The change that gave me the most benefit was the spiritual lifestyle change. I made a major adjustment in my lifestile and see the payoff. I started taking meds 2 years ago.(2006)
