About old goat
I lost my first wife to cancer August 2004 and then married Lisa October 2006 and she is a great partner and helps me a lot. I stopped working as Training Manager Feb of 08. I have a boy 32 and a daughter 23 who are the greatest. I have a step daughter (I treat her as daughter) and a granddaughter that is 4. PLS slows me down but I do not let it get the best of me. It is now 2/3/2010 and I use a power wheel chair most of time in the house . My legs are getting weaker. If I fall I can not get myself up.

More About old goat
I have more pain now and will work on that. I try ride a stationary bike for exercise. I take 50 mg of tramadol a day and more if needed. I am also on Disabled online society networking. I try to keep busy by using the internet and doing what I can for my wife.
It is 12/2/10 and I now have a lift and saw new nero yesterday. On my left side my PLS is changing to ALS but it is slow. Very hard to type now and washing hair is getting difficult. Have fallen a few times when transferring. Broke toilet when transferring this week but I did not get hurt. My wallet was hurt as I had to buy new toilet. That is my update.
1/19/2011 I was changed to ALS.
