- Advice & Tips
- In general, the thought of exercise and sweating is horrible. Finally, though I found something that works perfectly for me for now. I bought a small, cheap jogging trampoline that is easy to get out. (weighs 10 pounds) I now jog and do various arm exercises with wrist weights that require repetition, rhythm and balance. (Yes, I keep the trampoline close to the wall, so I can catch my balance as necessary.) I love to jump - sounds strange, but joint compression releases endorphins, the feel good hormone. I haven't strained any muscle or been stiff at all. I didn't want to go to a gym too much hassle and too many germs there for me, my younger (25-35) friends are always sick from something they caught at the gym.
