About Mare

I have had only two bouts with optic neuritis, so two relapses in 13 years. I can no longer empty my bladder on my own and have to self-cath twice every day which is a piece of cake after 5 years. Other than that, I still work full-time and am still mobile. I have lately noticed a little balance problems with walking but OK other than that. Still in chronic pain but medication helps keep that mostly under control. My MS is "stable" according to my neurologist. Remember attitude is everything and keep busy, if possible.
