I feel the stretching I do for my Achilles heel, calves and ankles can do harm. It is difficult to hold myself up but that in itself is a plus. I also have a trapezes ring above the chair we use to dress me and every time I sit in it I stretch my arms above my head using it. This seems to help my shoulders to keep them loose and moving.
