- Timing is important as wearing off can impact on a whole day's activities. I very gradually add a little more time between doses so that I can quickly revert to previous timing. I seem to have more frequent, pronounced & longer lasting tremor. I have also started 'feezing' during walkng as well as at the start & during turning. I am slowing right down, stiff & sore joints & consequent fatigue.
